Delete your account — Bip (uz.bip.app)

In the app

1. Open the Bip app and sign in.
2. Go to the «Settings» tab.
3. Tap «Delete account» and confirm.

The account is deleted right away, with no waiting period.

Without the app

Write to help@bip.uz from the phone number or email address linked to your account. We will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• phone number, email address and name;
• cars, plate numbers and sticker links;
• alert and reply history;
• push notification tokens and the Telegram connection.

What is kept and for how long

• anonymous counters (how many alerts were sent) — indefinitely; they cannot identify a person;
• log records and anti-abuse marks — up to 90 days, then deleted;
• the sticker itself is detached: the car's new owner can attach it.
